The Essence of Teamwork
Teamwork means that we share a common ideal and embrace a common goal. Regardless of our differences, we strive shoulder-to-shoulder, confidant in one another's faith, trust and commitment. In the end, teamwork can be summed up in five short words…"we believe in each other."

A study showed that if one person took an IQ test alone, he would most often score an average score. But when five people took it together, they always scored that of a "genius."

I have been a Youth Pastor since May 2000. I'm married to a wonderful woman of God, Mindi, and have an awesome son, Alexander Jacob and incredible daughter, Abigail Grace. People often ask me why I do what I do? The answer is simple. I believe in students. I believe God has a plan for every student's life. I want to help them find a relationship with Jesus Christ. My hope is the every student that walks through our doors leaves knowing that someone (besides mom and dad) in this world loves them and believes in them. I truly believe that I have the best job in the world.

I have been in the youth ministry with my incredible husband for several years now! And I wouldn't change it for anything!! I love spending time with the entire group! But the girls really have my heart! God has place each of the Ladies at REALLIFE in my life for a time and purpose and I am so bless and thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of their lives.
Besides spending time with all of the incredible youth at RealLife I love being a wife and a mom of two of the best kids in the world!

I have been involved in Youth Ministry for 25 years, 18 of them with Junior High!! I must be crazy. I am married to my wonderful wife of 28 years, Cyndi. We have two children, Jonathan and Heather. Jonathan recently married a lovely girl Michele. Heather is our free spirit and has her own apartment. We are now empty nesters, and are enjoying it. Thanks Michele! I helped run the Junior High program for several years, and now am enjoying being a helper. I threaten to retire every year, but God won’t let me go! Someone has to be the “old guy”. Thanks Lance, Shane and Brady.

Youth ministry found me soon after graduating from college. I believe it has been more to my benefit than the youths in developing my walk with Jesus - thank you to all past and current youth. But isn't that the way blessings work? I discovered a real love for kids that I would have never know had it not been for youth ministries. I been at it for about 20 years and now with my oldest, Claire, entering junior high I see no end to my involvement. I look forward to my youngest, Ellie, coming on board in 5 years. I just want to thank my beautiful wife, Lisa for allowing, encouraging, and kicking me in the pants when needed to help out with the youth programs - thanks!

First and foremost I LOVE JESUS!!!! And thankfully He has given me huge opportunity's to share that with many youth. My passion is to have each one of you obtain the inner peace and joy only our awesome Father can give. And for you to always feel His arms wrapped around you, loving you unconditionally!!! God's blessed me with a super husband, Jimmy, who is the best farmer there ever was...lol I have an incredible son, Sam, daughter-in-law Terri, grandson Tyler, and granddaughter Delaney. I love to smile and to collect smiles, so if you have any to give, send them on to me! My newest ministry adventure is "Journey", this age group is high school graduates on up into the 20's. What a joy this group is!!!!
